Maintenance Technician

SVN | Southgate Realty, LLC, Hattiesburg’s leader in apartment management and commercial real estate, has an opening for a maintenance technician.

The position is available immediately. This is a full-time, year round position. Work duties include, but are not limited to: prepping apartment homes for rental, working knowledge of plumbing, small appliance repair, carpentry, and drywall installation and patching. HVAC certification is preferred for this position. The most important qualities we are seeking are dependability, a hard working attitude, and personal accountability. Pay commensurate with experience. Benefits to include paid holidays, paid time off, and insurance benefits. The ideal candidate must have their own basic tools, vehicle available for use of hauling/transporting materials to property, and liability coverage on their vehicle.
