This position is part time with the potential to be full time hours at two locations. It is best suited for those looking to gain experience in the real estate and management industries. Experience in leasing and multifamily operations is not necessary, but customer service experience is necessary. You must have your own transportation and proof of liability insurance coverage.

           Basic Role:

           · Verifying lease paperwork and documents, updating records as necessary.

           · Process and follow up on work order requests and guest card leads.

           Preventative Maintenance
